Shipping & Return policy:

On our site, we provide free shipping to worldwide. We mark the parcel as gift or sample, so there is no tax on parcel, you can get your parcel at your door, and it is door-to-door service. You may not at home. The delivery company will leave a notice at your door and you can discuss the proper time with them to delivery the parcel again. 
Shipping agents -We use the services of EMS,DHL to deliver your parcel to your shipping address. Upon processing your order, you will receive emails with your order confirmation and your tracking number. With this tracking number, you can track the status of your products at any time on the courier website.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions - Your order will be processed and shipped out once your payment went through and your shipping address is verified. Though in very rare situation, if any item you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified via email. You can replace it with another item of the same value.

2. Check your e-mail, for we will send update status to your e-mail address.

Returns policy

Return /exchange/cancel an order 
We understand that exchanging and returning products is often a frustrating experience, but our site strives to make the process a simple and straightforward one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to exchange or return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below. Items are found to be in unworn or new, re-saleable condition and packaged in. original box or packaging. 
We implement 180-days return & exchange policy for customer service purpose, so if for some reasons you are not satisfied with our items, you must contact us within 6 months by e-mail or our customer service support. The most important one is that you must contact us with returning shipping address.

For returns: 
If our products can't meet your requirements and you want to return your items. You should immediately notify us as soon as possible within 6 months, stating the detailed reason and the order number. After getting the return shipping address, all items sent back to us must be in original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Or merchandise will be returned to sender.

For exchange:
Exchange requests must be made within six months days of order receipt for merchandise. Specify the exchange item and the new color or style in your email to the customer service. Items must be in original condition and unworn to be accepted as an exchange. All items can only exchange for equal price replacement. Availability of replacement item is guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.

For Cancellation: 
Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 6-8 hours after orderss placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope yoou can understand in this key point.
